• Delivery charges apply and are calculated at checkout, depending on weight and volume of package.

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our bags, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect. 
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photos and order details. 

In case of a valid claim of defect, we can offer the option of refund but this will be subject to case to case basis.
