All our bags are handmade and made-to-order only once an order is confirmed.
Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching may occur and are part of the handcrafted nature of the product.
Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. In case of cash on delivery , 50% advance payment is required to place the order.
We accept payments via [Bank Transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Credit/Debit Card].
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified due to the custom nature of the product.
For payments made via methods other than credit/debit card, proof of payment must be provided within 48 hours of placing the order. If valid proof is not received within this time frame, the order will be automatically cancelled. Proof should be shared as a clear screenshot of the transaction, showing the correct amount, date, time, and recipient details matching your order.
Delivery time for orders takes 7 to 8 working days (i.e. saturday and sundays are not included on account of holiday) to craft, dispatch and delivery via courier services starting from the date your order is confirmed. Orders are only confirmed once payment is made (full incase of online payment / 50% advance in case of cash on delivery).
Delays may occur due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, and we’ll keep you informed. You may further inquire about your order by messaging us on our instagram or facebook page.
We deliver across all major towns and cities in Pakistan via Blue-Ex couriers.
Delivery charges apply and are calculated at checkout, depending on weight and volume of package.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our bags, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photos and order details.
In case of a valid claim of defect, we can offer the option of refund but this will be subject to case to case basis.
